The Red Companions in Arrowleaf Balsamroots (with goldleaf)

This piece is truly magical and will take you to the mountains where you sit with a fox that has a robin perched on his head, since they’re traveling together. They are sitting in a meadow exploding with arrowleaf balsamroots that are embellished with gold leaf to truly make them pop! It’s evening and the golden moon is rising in the distance - the orange of the gold leaf balancing perfectly with the purple night sky bustling with bright stars, a few of which also are embellished with gold leaf to make them shine.

This piece is ~8.5” wide x 12.5” tall, plus ~1” white border.

Made with watercolor, gouache, ink, and goldleaf on a heavy watercolor paper. This piece is ready to frame and hang in that oh so special spot.
