I made this shirt to remind us that before we can truly take care of everyone and everything else in our life, we have to love ourself first. This means diving deep into the dark and scary truth about why we are who we are, healing past wounds, and constantly seeking our own truth. We’ve been so programmed to just accept the world and our life as it is, but what if … we can can change it by loving ourself enough to heal ourself? Self-Love First means no people pleasing, always seeking our own truth, letting go of what doesn’t serve us, and constantly checking in with ourself.
